Shipping & Delivery
Can I track my order online?
Cozy.tf understands that waiting for the order's arrival can be uneasy, so we have provided a tracking system that allows our customers to track their order status through regular email updates. Plus, they can also log in to their account via 'My Account' tab; the tracking number can be found and relieve their concerns while keeping their eye on the order status.
Will there be dispatch delays caused by COVID-19?
At present, we are fully operating and able to deliver online orders without any delays in dispatch.
Is it safe to receive my parcels delivered from Cozy.tf's warehouse?
Customers' safety has always been our priority. Thus, we are adhering to official suggestions from the World Health Organization (WHO), and it has been confirmed that receiving parcels is safe. We follow the latest guidance closely and adjust our procedures according to the World Health Organisation (WHO), Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local governments, and public health agencies. Do I have to sign for my delivery?
A signature upon arrival is required for all deliveries. Customers may not be required to sign on a handheld device during unusual periods. Couriers will record the customer's name upon arrival or take a photo of a signature on a customer's delivery sheet as proof of delivery.
How much are the customs duties and taxes for my order?
All customers should be informed that the import duty is not included in the online-listed price. As a customer, you will be responsible for the import duties/taxes in the destination country/region. Depending on the customs authority, this fee may be required when you come to pick up your order or even at a later date.
We understand that this can be confusing, so please feel free to ask us any questions.
Returns
All purchases from Cozy.tf must be final. However, we are accountable for an issue that occurred from the quality of the customized elements.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will send an email to inform you. You will also get an email regarding whether your refund request is approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, we will proceed with your refund, which will be automatically transferred to your credit card or your original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you are still waiting for your refund, please recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time until your refund is officially posted.
Next, you may contact your bank since it might take some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Only deficient or damaged items shall be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to us at cozytwentyfore@gmail.com
Shipping
To return your product, you need to mail your product to us and have to pay for your own.
The shipping costs for the returned items shall be your responsibility, and it is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the returned items will be deducted from your refund.
The time taken to exchange products may vary depending on where you live. If your shipping item costs exceed $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It cannot be guaranteed that we will receive your returned item.
